Every order is shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you see is the price you pay: import duties and customs fees are included and handled by us. No surprise charges at delivery, ever.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalised (engraved) items are made to order and add 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
DDP availability depends on your shipping carrier and destination. If duties cannot be included for a specific country, you will see this clearly before payment. For EU orders, local VAT may be added at checkout where applicable.
