14-day returns — non-personalised items

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return any non-personalised item in its original, unworn condition with its gift box. Email us at qiaojingjian@gmail.com to start a return — we'll confirm the address and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Personalised (engraved) items — no returns

Items with engraving, personalisation or custom gift messages are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where the item arrives damaged or faulty. This is stated at checkout before you pay. Please double-check your engraving text and spelling — preview it live before confirming your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Gift orders

If you selected a gift receipt, prices are hidden from the recipient. Refunds for gift orders are issued to the original purchaser.

EU customers: under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalised items; custom-made goods made to your specifications are exempt from this right.
